How can those of us with ADHD going through perimenopause participate in these ADHD studies? I’m dying to know more about how my brain works and contribute to helping other women!

So I was diagnosed with ADHD in 1995 at 8yrs old and medicated ever since. If someone has ADHD, the symptoms were always there, these hormonal changes do not create ADHD, it's just perimenopause and menopause exasperate all the symptoms for someone who already has ADHD. I say this at 38 going through early stage perimenopause.
